1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If a service has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • If a delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the service agreement.
  • If a technical issue prevents the service from functioning and our team is unable to resolve it.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • The service has been partially or fully delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • The refund request is due to a change of mind after project initiation.
  • The client fails to provide necessary information required for service completion.
  • The issue is caused by third-party software or external integrations beyond our control.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Our team will review your case within 7 business days.
  • Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
