1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- If a service has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- If a delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the service agreement.
- If a technical issue prevents the service from functioning and our team is unable to resolve it.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- The service has been partially or fully delivered as per the agreed scope.
- The refund request is due to a change of mind after project initiation.
- The client fails to provide necessary information required for service completion.
- The issue is caused by third-party software or external integrations beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our team will review your case within 7 business days.
- Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
